The Standard Extended Warranty Service Plan gives you access to free repairs after the end of the manufacturer’s warranty period and offers the following free services:
The extended warranty service with the Standard Plan is available from 1 to 5 years.
In the event of a fault, you can report the fault by calling our toll-free number 8 700 55566, by email [email protected] or by visiting our website garantija.lt and selecting ‘Report a fault’. If the faulty item is small, the operator will direct you to the nearest service centre. If it is a large appliance, we will repair it at your home or ship it to a service centre free of charge.
You can upgrade to the Standard Plan not only at the time of purchase, but also within 30 days of purchase:
The Standard Plan price depends on the cover period selected and the value of your product. You can get a quote for your plan at the time of purchase or after purchase by calling 8-700-55566, emailing [email protected] or selecting ‘Purchase Extended Warranty’ on garantija.lt.
Good to know:
For goods purchased on lease, the price of the certificate is spread over the monthly lease payments.
The Extended Warranty Plan is transferable.
The Replacement Plan gives you access to an Extended Warranty service after the end of the manufacturer’s warranty period, during which the faulty appliance will be replaced with a new identical or similar one instead of being repaired. The extended warranty service with the Replacement Plan is available from 1 to 5 years.

The Replacement Plan Plus gives you access to an Extended Warranty service after the end of the manufacturer’s warranty period, during which the faulty appliance will be replaced with a new identical or similar one instead of being repaired. This plan covers product failures resulting from random power surges, battery failures, and natural wear and tear of accessories. If an accessory develops a fault, only that accessory will be replaced (up to a maximum of 3 times), but not the device itself. The extended warranty service with the Replacement Plan is available from 1 to 3 years.

Buyer Protection is an insurance cover to protect your goods against accidental damage or destruction (due to moisture, impact, fire) and theft (burglary/robbery) not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The insurer for this service is ADB Gjensidige.
The insurance covers damages in case of the above insured events for a period of 1 or 2 years from the date of purchasing the cover. Together with the manufacturer’s warranty against random internal failures, you will enjoy 100% protection for your purchase.
Buyer Protection includes the following services:
* For repairs and replacements, the customer will pay an unconditional deductible of 20% of the value of the repaired or replaced item (and no less than €30), as stated in the Certificate of Insurance.
! Buyer Protection is only available at the time of purchase.
Documents:
The Extra Plan gives you access to the same free repair services as the Standard Plan. However, this plan is available to anyone who wishes to purchase this service 1 month after the purchase of the product, but no later than 3 months before the end of the manufacturer’s warranty (within 21 months of purchase). The extended warranty service with the Extra Plan is available from 1 to 3 years.
